SHIPPING POLICY
Because you deserve the freshest bars of soap, Queen Bee Handmade Soaps are made in small batches. There may be a slight variation in the color from batch to batch. Please allow extra time for delivery for large orders as we do not keep high quantities in stock.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within two business days from the date of order.

​Local residents may choose to pick-up your order. You will be contacted as to when your order is ready for pick-up. Payments for pick-up orders can me made by check, cash or credit card.
RETURN POLICY
Returns for unopened products will be accepted no later than two weeks from the date of order. Customer will pay return shipping fees. Opened packages are NOT eligible for returns.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments for online orders are made through PayPal.
Wisconsin residents will be charged 5% sales tax.
